Melville House sleeps a maximum of 4 adults in two ensuite bedrooms, plus two children on a sofa bed in the lounge. Regrettably there are NO discounts for under occupancy. The House is available for self- catering short breaks of a Minimum two day hire and weekly lets.
The rental charge includes towels/ bed linen/heating & electricity and dogs (well behaved) are allowed. There is NO daily housekeeping service included – but this is available at additional charge if required. Hotel services such as breakfast/dinner/ drinks etc. if taken will be charged at hotel rates in addition to the self catering rental costs. We respectively ask that any breakages or damage are settled upon departure.

Deposits & Payment
Full prepayment is required within 6 weeks of arrival. Outwith this period a 50% deposit is required. In the event of cancellation we will endeavour to relet the property, and offset your cancellation charge. We do however recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance.
